That 4K screen causes performance issues with this model according to this review. I think the open box price is the only option resembling a deal here.

After you have seen 500 nits, these dimmer screens look like a waste if time...

I bought the open box one for $659.
This is my first 2 in 1 and I love it with the stylus.
Editing pictures will be a lot easier and I don't need to buy a separate wacom tablet.
The color seems a bit different than my Lenovo laptop.
Facebook blue seems a bit on the purplish side.

Other than that, no overheating issue, super quiet, screen is plenty big, battery life seems good.

I went to pickup at Best Buy. The first one they gave me had no box, just a ziplock bag with the power block taped to the laptop and they guy said, "yup here you go"
I was like "what?"
I ripped the tape off to find the keyboard had 2 missing keys and the stylus was missing.
What kind of open box is this?
I exchanged it for another one they had, which had a box and stylus...and all its keys.

Any generic 90w usb c charger that dell BIOS doesn't complain about? I got a black square one that seems to fully charge in 2-3 hrs without getting hot but BIOS warns it's a 65w.
