Lowes has the 22ft little giant leveler with wheels for $159 down from $2**.00. I own werner and little giant. Prefer the little giant always. 1/4 turn rung locks, wheels for rolling around the job site, and feet levelers for cleaning the gutters.

I see some discussion on this, but no definitive answer. How tall can one safely reach on this 18" ladder? I have a loft/double height section in my living room that's 19' from floor to ceiling. I can't go vertical to get all the way to the top with this ladder, could I reach the top with a little setback? Or should I hold off and go with a 22' people are talking about?

Got the 22' Gorrila last year for $99 and I just used it last week. I have to say that these ladders are amazing! I was able to shorten one side to put it on the stairs and keep the other end long, giving me a 90° against the house. These ladders have been well engineered and I recommend them 100%. Worth every penny! The 1/4th knob works wonders!

I have the 22' version of this when it was $100 a while back. I am 280# and carry a chain saw or leaf blowers up trees or roofs with this and I feel completely safe. I actually wish the 22' would go on sale again as I would get a second.

Ok so here it is. This ladder will reach about 14ft 10" high at the most if you safely lean it on a wall. In your case since your height of a loft is 19ft this ladder would become very unsafe enven if you climb on the highest rung. Scroll down on the product page and you will see what I am talking about represented by graphics. For 19ft height reach I would go with the 22ft model purely based on safety factors.

Why is the 300lb more expensive than the 375lb?

I could be wrong on this but I am just guessing. The 300lb is a special item for Black Friday so they listed it with a higher price so it could look like a larger discount when advertising. The 375lb is an everyday item so they try to keep it competitive with other brands prices. Just my guess.

I've been needing one of these ladders for a while. I borrowed my neighbors 17ft Little Giant to do a small project of adding a Nest Doorbell. My doorbell chime is on the stairs and you can't reach it wilthout a ladder. The stair function on these is great. I will be doing a few more projects of running Hue Light strips on my cabinets. We currently have a plastic step ladder that won't stand up to much use and is fairly unsafe.

I had to call my home depot because they had limited stock and they took my order over the phone as I didn't want to pay the shipping fee as it kills this deal. There is stock available at other locations in Austin but I live right outside and didn't want to drive that far.

If you got the 375 model, tell them you want them to hold your order until it is back in inventory( which it will be post BF madness). Then just buy the 300lb one as insurance to make sure you get atleast one with the hope you can get the better one for the same price Smilie
