Humble Software Bundle - Painter Create with Confidence Encore - $1, BTA, $25 tiers @ HumbleBundle

Pinnacle Studio 23 Ultimate - latest version...I upgraded to version 22 last year (I always wait for the best deal of the year, which almost always is $79 for the Ultimate version).

I thought that there wasn't enough new about this version to make me shell out $25 , then i watched a lengthy 'what's new' YouTube video.....yup. gonna upgrade.

If you have ANY version earlier than 22, this is really a no-brainer. Just my opinion.

I have PaintShop Pro X9 from 2017. Looks like time to update.

I've been wanting to upgrade my version of Pinnacle Studio 18 for a long time. It's well out of date now and they've added lots of great features (and actually support it).

I was hoping there would be a good deal on Pinnacle Studio 23 Ultimate for Cyber Monday... but Corel's sale is pretty disappointing. Still $80 for the *upgrade*!? $100 for the full version? Not a great deal, it seems, since they frequently have sales like that.

I've also considered jumping ship to PowerDirector, but that's also fairly expensive and feels a bit more consumery to me than Pinnacle.

$25 is a steal for the full version of this! Wow! Oh, and you get PaintShop Pro and Painter and all of this other Corel artsy stuff I don't even know what it is, but sure, why not? I almost feel bad for Corel by buying this. Almost.

Don't feel bad - Corel is moving to a subscription model for their CorelDraw suite and there's a big buy in if you want to get the upgrade protection. They've been teasing it for months. I'm definitely looking at other software (like Affinity/Serif) as alternatives.
