Check YouTube videos that suggests it's not worth the subscription...given the little delta between free tier and what u get with subscription

Yes, this definitely helps you get into top companies. I like the collection of programming interview questions on leetcode.

yes its okay for noobs and yes, 1 to 2 hours a day for a year is probably the right timeframe for getting the knowledge needed. Just know that the first few months you will be googling/youtubing a lot of the stuff and itll feel like you are not using leetcode at all.... but eventually you will see the light. Also, this a lone wont get you the job. You also need interview practice. Which means take the interview on site and fail and then come back once or twice. Note that some places like google only let you interview on site once a year. So Id recommend study for 3 months.. get on site interviews wherver you can. Fail them. Study one year. Get multiple onsite interviews and hopefully pass one.
