Pricewise it is crazy good deal, and from what I see they are quite well reviewed amongst the community. I don't want to buy something I'd regret but it seems that on performance level they are well rated.

What's the best (reliable) deal for $10 per year? I'm currently paying that for only 1.5GB storage and bandwidth. I believe it's unlimited email accounts, but I'm only using one.

I wanted to buy their hosting earlier but unfortunately they didn't have free emails. I see that they added the feature, so it's definitely a good price for what they offer.

By "free domain", does it mean a one year registration? Or for the entire time you have their hosting?

EDIT: Free for the first 12 months.

While most discount hosts have poor reviews, from what I could find, Hostinger is really disliked on Reddit.com/r/webhosting (in part because the CEO apparently encourages his employees to post glowing reviews online of the company without disclosing they work for the company).

Yikes: $25.99 per year afterwards.

I purchased from them a few months ago based on this but then was told that they had no unlimited emails, emails was a separate charge. Wonder if they are still doing this bait and switch.

I didn't get charged for email services, so I think they just got the free feature back. I will contact their support and ask about it.

Which service are you using to get free emails?

$13 cheaper than the "Black Friday" pricing they advertised/offered earlier this month. I wonder if they'll credit the difference

The research that I did showed they were pretty solid for performance, service, and uptime. It was across a few hosting review sites. To each their own, but with a 30day money back promise you can get a site up and monitor it all and leave if unhappy.

For what kind of domain? Every TLD has a different price and .com is only $10.99 renewal. Personally I recommend getting the free domain with any hosting, then transferring the domain over to namesilo ASAP for better pricing and free whois privacy. Within days of registering my free domain on Hostinger I starting getting blown up by 'website' companies on the phone and via email, which is pretty standard if you don't have privacy enabled.

I have my domain email address running through google servers.

I searched slick deals for web hosting and clicked on this link which still seems to be $10

https://slickdeals.net/f/11985383-10-for-one-year-web-hosting?v=1&src=SiteSearch

How big of a deal is it to transfer website content from one host to another. It looks like they use cpanel and my current host uses direct admin. I don't know much about this stuff and my website is just a bunch of static pages.
