Sleep habits tracking ?
It has detailed sleep tracking (just check the reviews).I got almost a week out of the battery, even with tracking a couple of walks using the GPS, which is satellite-based.

This. Although Google getting Fitbit may have some cooler features in the future, Garmin is still the better option here vs the versa imho

I'm considering this now and wait a year or two for Google to fully integrate with Fitbit.

Smart choice. Just look at what happened to Nest.

Can you give voice commands like "OK Google?" I remember doing that with my Moto 360 but the battery died and is hard to replace.

I've had mine for two years now. I use it as a backup to my Garmin bike computer when cycling and for tracking workouts. I like the smart notifications and functions with my phone.

The drawback is the battery life has cratered the past few months. What used to be three or more days is now less than a day on a full charge.

I haven't decided to buy a new one at this price or jump up to the new Vivoactive 4.

Bought this watch then returned it.

Overall it was a good watch. The only things i didnt like was the washed out looking color (dim) and setting up the face to something I wanted (weather, high, low, current, time, date, caloires ....was a huge hassel and still coudlnt get it the way i wanted. You have to to download their app then their another app for their faces and scroll through the ALL.

Not saying the watching isnt good by any means. but those two things made me return it.
Yup. I sold my Fenix 3 and other Garmins for the same reason. I couldn't see it in the building at night.
I only keep VA3 on hand just for Golf. But all else I'm using Galaxy Watch and a lot better in function and view-ability. Does all the tracking I need. I don't need "accurate" data, and neither Fenix produced any so didn't lost much. My friend, an Olympian and other professional coaches never use these tracking watches. It's just too cumbersome for them. And, they have professionals to measure their progresses anyway. ;-) But for all amatures (like I!) - we need all the bells and whistles! Lol.

Does this monitor your heart rate while you sleep to provide sleep tracking details about rem and deep sleep?

I just replaced that model with the vivoactive 3 and it's a major upgrade for not much more money. See my previous post. The only advantage I found for the forerunner 35 would be the larger display for cycling. It doesn't have color, stress tracking or changeable faces.

The music version never gets this cheap, but it is lower than it's been in a while on a sale today at Amazon, Target and Best Buy.

Have bought it for 199$ few months ago. Pretty much standard price. Garmin gadgets do not really get discounted that much. IMHO. But thanks anyways.
