Nice deal, as it's been at $40 for a long while, and recently with $5 coupon, so down to $35. I think the $30 price-point is generally as low as these go even on BF.

The 5000 series (with two buttons for both modes and on/off) are $70 for 2-pack at Costco (making each $35):

Thank you. I need 2. $10 totally justified the upgrade. And it's from Costco. Can't beat that!

Beware of the Philips.. their replacement brush heads are expensive and they rarely go on sale...I would suggest the oral b ..same performance but the replacement heads are cheaper
Is this really true? I've been looking to switch from a manual soft brush to an electric one.. Someone please provide more insight. Currently leaning towards the 2x Philips from Costco. Thank you!

The sonicare heads are $7 each when they're on sale at Costco. That's the cheapest they get. You make the call whether you can afford that. I can't, so I buy generic heads on amazon for $1 to $2 each; not as good but good enough.

Any recommendations on value/features? I need to replace three series-2 which were $20 each. (I lost them after returning from a trip)

Thank you very much! Looks like Costco has Oral-B Pro A 2000 version for $64.99 (2 toothbrushes) .. Looks like I will go with this one.
