Is this any better than the Orbi 3-pack from Costco for $300?

From my online reviews, yes, it is slightly better. Especially from reliability reviews.

For those wondering if this is a good price, it's been $300 in recent months (or $255 with additional 15% off with router/modem trade-in/recycling at BB). However, if you misplaced your time machine and need/want this now then this is a good price.

FYI - the 15% off in store for recycling an old router or modem seems to still be going on at Best buy:

You can always go on Facebook marketplace and grab an old router or modem for $0-$10 from someone if you don't have one laying around.

That would bring it to $296.91 + tax

Great deal on the best router I've ever owned.

Only one possible drawback here - 3 Eero Pros is potentially overkill for most people, generally I'd say 1 eero per 1000-1500 sq feet should do the trick barring an unusual configuration or housing material. Still, a great deal and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend eero.

Costco has the two eero pro bundle on sale right now too, maybe a better option for those without McMansions.

Costco sale for 2 eero pros appears to be 219.99$ and includes 12 months eero secure plus (which I don't use since I have a pi-hole)

Probably a better deal for most if you have costco membership. Note some folks have a 30$ off 300$ Amex offers deal avail for bestbuy which may tilt better deal back in favor of bestbuy 3 pack.

We have Orbi and it's been great. It's big and ugly though. Eero customer service seems better ie. They respond. Netgear CS is awful. Read a lot about all of these and went with the Orbi. Our house is pretty spread out and we have devices in our detached garage. No option to put one of these out there due to heat. Orbi has an outdoor I can add if I need to but so far haven't needed it.

Does anyone know if I can turn off WiFi at specific times with the Eero? I can't with the Orbi so I had to return it. Thanks!
