For Black Friday Verizon is having a deal on the iPhone 11s. Purchase an iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max on a new line on an unlimited plan with port-in and receive $400 prepaid Mastercard. Also, trade-in a qualifying older phone (iPhone 7 and newer, Google Pixel 2 and newer, Samsung Galaxy S8 and newer) and receive $400 back in monthly credits ($16.67 x 24 months). There are also lower tiers of monthly credits ($300, $200) for older phones traded in. Plus sales tax on retail price and activation fee ($40 if purchased in store, $20 if purchased online or using in store pickup).

I was in the market for a new phone but didn't need two (they've had BOGOs for a while now). I plan on porting my Google Voice number (cost $3 to unlock GV number and receive account number) to meet those qualifications. iPhone 11 64gb: $700 + tax + act fee - $400 MC - $400 BC = ~$0

$400 Mastercard takes 6-8 weeks to receive from online submission date. Bill credits start within 1-2 bill cycles.

FOR MILITARY/VET CUSTOMERS, THIS PROMO ALSO STACKS WITH ONE YEAR FREE AMAZON PRIME DEAL LISTED HERE: https://slickdeals.net/f/13478128-one-year-of-amazon-prime-for-verizon-military-customers-when-adding-a-new-smartphone-line-on-device-payment

I currently have Verizon with my iPhone 7. If I port my number to xfinity mobile for a day and then go back to my existing family plan on Verizon, would this work for the full $800?

I really hate that Verizon has me by the balls, service is terrible here with anybody else. This is an awesome deal, I just don't want to have to deal with texting and calls through google voice.

A bit of work but it can be done. Add a line to your account, porting in a number from Google Voice (you can create a number right now for free). Afterwards, port your real number to GV. Then just use Google Voice moving forward (all calls will be made/received in the GV app instead of the native dialer).
In my previous experience, GV number doesn't get the texts with a 2FA verification code from banks or some secure websites. Is it possible to get around this?

I'm quite ignorant in the way Verizon works but am looking for a "deal" for my father (I use prepaid, but I can't talk him into it because he's stubborn lol). Anyways, he and my mom are using S7's that have been on their last legs for a while. Is it possible for him to get this? As in, like, essentially he could just sign up essentially for a two year contract and get this, right? Or does he have to add two new lines, in addition to the non contracted ones of which he is in now?
*Edit* Nevermind, I am an idiot. It clearly states port in.

Wow I just literally added a line at Best Buy for a pro on Monday and traded in an iPhone 8+ Frown We haven't ported the number from T-Mobile yet though, does anyone think Verizon would still help out with that Mastercard?? Wishful thinking I'm sure but couldn't hurt to ask!

Is there a barrier to porting your "real" number from GV back to Verizon later? Or does that impact your bill credits or something?

question, is it possible to trigger the new line by deleting an existing line and adding a new line (assuming that line isn't tied down by a contract)? My sister has an iphone 6S. It would probably be worth it to buy an iphone 7 on ebay to trigger the second 400 dollar credit right?

Yes as long as you're willing to change the number, it'll be considered a new line

So basically there would be two numbers on the new phone the old one ported to the new phones google account and the new line made from the google voice

How does this work?

Apple has a deal on black friday for a $200 gift card. I buy a phone with my apple card (3% cashback) and use that $200 to buy a phone for my wife as well ($200). Port to verizon gives me $250/line. So $250x2 + $200 x2 + $60(cashback).

Will it work like this? This is my plan as of now

Man, seems like every promo these days is for new lines or unlimited plan. Any deals out there for a simple upgrade on a non-unlimited plan?
