It showed a cancellation option for me for my previous sub. Cancelled it.

Sweet, the last ones were only discounted for the first brush head. Lots of people seemed very slow and unable to comprehend basic things, thinking Philips wanted them to return the brush head after cancelling the subscription.. of course that wasn't the case. The site is very slow but if you're patient,it is possible to get an order through.

You'll need to make a variation to your street name if you got in on the last deal. Example, changing 'ave' to 'avenue' worked for me to get past the error "billing address already exists in system"

Word to the wise: Canceling your subscription isn't possible online and you need to call the helpline to do so. Not worth saving a few bucks for the hassle and inconvenience. I finally got a confirmation email 2 weeks after the conversation with a rep. Probably the worst customer platform in existence.

So when should you cancel presuming you don't want to continue past 12 months?
