So same as the ring website but with the free echo. Hmm I wanna jump but I still think the prices will go even lower in the next two days.

We'll see

I'm with you on this one. This is my focus for BF and I'm trying to buy at the best point. The added echo is nice but not necessary.

Why do you think this will go lower? The price dropped today to compete with Costco.

I know this was possible in previous amazon ring bundles: can you return just the dot? How much does that knock down the price?
Thanks

So the 14pc set has the *potential* to go down by about $30 (IF it matches Prime Day), then?

I'm interested in picking this up and trying to weigh potential reward of saving $30 vs risk of this going back up by $30 - $100, instead. I'm leaning towards not getting greedy and just locking it in now. Then maybe BF will have some good deals on add-ons (eg sensors).

Am I a fool? Wink

** EDIT **

I went ahead and got the 14pc. I'll cross fingers BF brings some savings on devices/add-ons.

fyi, Costco has 10pc set for $180.

I just ordered the Ring Alarm 14 Piece Kit + Echo Dot (3rd Gen) on Amazon with $10 off from Discover offer + 5% cash back from Discover + $10 bonus for reloading $100 in gift card. That's almost $32 in discount.

To me the best deal for Ring alarm 10-Piece including 12 months Ring Protect Plus @ Costco for $190. I missed the deal last month.

Too bad I wasn't apply the coupon $10 promo credit from using Amazon Assistant on this order, so I used it towards the Amazon Echo Show 8" order and got $20 promo credit instead of $10. I used the $20 credit to buy the Echo Show 8 Adjustable Stand for $4.99.

Going through 1 star reviews on amazon when system actually failing to go off and no call from monitoring service is scary (probably worth keeping my current DIY and pay $10 more a month)

Thanks OP though...

Just recently started to look at a Ring system. The 14 piece seems to be the best option for us (only need 6 contact sensors but want 2 motion detectors and 2 keypads). Sounds like better deals have happened before, but saved maybe $30? Worth getting this now?

I pulled the trigger on it a few hours ago. I don't see it getting any cheaper. Discover CB (5%) and CB sites (8%) make it close to the previous deal of 199 a while back. I don't remember if they bundled it with an echo dot at that time, but it comes with a free one now.
