I would stick with APC, these have a quite high battery failure rate, according to Amazon reviews.

Looking at the reviews, it looks like a majority of recent negative reviews are people who had it fail after 3-5 years. I think at $30 that's an acceptable lifespan.

So...How many days can I run my large screen TV & booming sound system on this, when the power goes out in hurricanes? Anything less than 2 days, and this is a thumbs down deal

(sarcasm...figured I'd make the facetious comment, before some other idiot made a serious one)

Come on, when someone doesn't want to spend the money on a product that will suit their needs longterm, but opts for the cheapest option at the time, they deserve a lifetime of use. Anything less than 30 years is unacceptable for a budget UPS.

(Just like our country's politics, being the loudest doesn't make you correct. Although, you're sure to find and rile up llots of other idiots online to agree with you. Unfortunately consumer product reviews often fall into this category)

I have a few of these. They're mediocre. One completely died the other day and won't power on. I'd definitely get the APC from Office Depot deal over this.

I picked up 3 of these (previous model but same battery) for $44 each in 2015. One just died and I replaced the battery (very easy with a standard security bit) for $20 last month. The other two are still going strong.

APC are good, too.

4+ years is great at this price on the CyberPower. I'm ordering another one with this deal.

When the power goes out here in northern minnesota, it usually takes 10 to 20 minutes to come back on. Any of these things give you 20 minutes for a 55" TV, Receiver, Fire TV Cube, Magic Jack, Wi fi Repeater?

Yes for all the devices except the receiver and TV. You'll need a lot more capacity for those two.
