Apparently that includes me...

Just sit-n-spin after going through the sign in. Never comes back.

how can a company worth two hundred BILLION have that shitty of an app?

that's hardly the only issue i've had with them either. I STILL cannot pay my directv bill online despite multiple calls with them to try and fix the issue. anytime i try, it just ends up trying to sign in again over and over again (infinite loop). doesn't matter the browser/computer you do it on.

200 billion dollar company can't get shit right.

I just switched my family from at&t over to T-mobile last week. I get an extra $130 every single month now. I was with at&t for 19 years, since it was Cingular.

The AT&T Thanks app might be one of the worst I've seen.

Props to Verizon, their Up program is actually pretty good and easy to use.
