Depends what you're going to be watching. I watch a lot of cable TV, so I'm going with the X900F. From what I've read on a lot of different sites, Sony's upscaling is excellent. Vizio's... not so much. But that's just one point of comparison. There are a bunch of threads online comparing everything about these two TVs. Reddit, AVS, etc. Might be helpful to you.

Great Deal! If I didn't already have my Vizio x75 I would definitely pull the trigger on it.

Do I get this or the x950g for gaming? Shouldn't I want to aim for HDMI 2.1?

If it's worth $900 dollars more to you, then get the 75inch 950G. The 900F is a fantastic tv all around and this is an absolute steal.

Hope Best Buy matches since Samsung Pay is at 6% right now. That's an additional $100 off (max CB is $100 per transaction).

If that happens, returning my 65" TCL 6 Series because this deal is too good to pass on for a 75" of this quality.

I had an offer for $1698 accepted on Greentoe about 3 days ago. I thought I was getting a deal. This with tax comes to about what I paid but it will be interesting to see if there will be competing vendors without tax at this price. I'll have to figure out how to get a price match if it happens.
