It says on the Olight website that the i1R 2 EOS is free for old customers just pay the $5 shipping, supposed price is $14.95, I got the i3E EOS free in July.

I was able to grab the iR 2 EOS last night at midnight. I already had the free i3E EOS from the other freebie deal. Their site was a little wonky and it took several attempts.

I got the the free one last year. It is a great little flashlight. This time my wife got a free one and bought 14 to give as stocking stuffers. She got a free i1R2 and I didn't know why, but I guess it was for over $100.

I recommend this to anyone.

Looks like the website is down, not allowing new registrations.

How did you get the I1r 2 for free? Email says it's free for current registered customers but no matter what I have done since 2am it lists at $11.95 or free with a $99 purchase.

Did you try logging in and then clicking the link in the email? I also think they had a limited amount. My experience was really weird since their site was glitching. Before the deal started you couldn't add the light but I did add the cable on that page for free. Later when the site worked the light was automagically in my cart but the cable was not. Very weird.

I tried it directly from the link at 2am without luck. Tried all sorts of things, being logged in, adding to cart then logging in, etc. No luck. Maybe I will try the cable thing.

Another weird thing was that the cable disappeared from the light page once the deal started. I also didn't see the one I added to my cart under accessories so I gave up on it since I was happy with trying to check out with the light.

Good luck.
