This annual deal is fine, but be wary of their monthly. Its not monthly. They bury some crap in the FAQ that says you basically can't cancel and have to pay for a year whether you're using it or not. About the only reasons they'll let you cancel is if you document that you're out of the country for >3 months or a letter from your doctor explaining a medical condition that prevents you from going to the theater.

Real sleazeballs, since nobody else does this and they don't tell you when you sign up.

One other heads up, since it went into effect my theater got a big uptick in people going, so they closed the ticket window, no kiosk, and you have to stand in the concession line to buy a ticket, or pay a convenience fee. So unless you want to add the convenience fee for each ticket to $21, expect to stand in line for a LONG time to buy.

One side deal is regal always has a couple of deals in 'promos' where they'll list 3-4 movies. Each one you see is an extra 1000 regal points, you get a free popcorn after 2 or 3, and if you watch all of them you'll get free digital copies of all movies.

You can buy tickets from the regal phone app, pay the 50c surcharge and just never go. It still works. Between moviepass and this, I got about 20 free digital copies in a little over a year.

Only no fee if you buy at the box office or kiosk on the day of the movie. Any other way there's a $0.50 fee.

AMC a-list has been awesome if u have a close enough imax or dolby cinema. Each time I go it's like a ~16$ ticket for free. Plus I get 3 movies a week and it can be duplicates. No upcharge. And convenience fees get waived which is like another 3-5$ saved. And u get a VIP line for conncessions which at least at my theatre is usually equally crowded so not that great of a perk. Fine print when I signed up said that I had to commit to at least 3 months. And after that period I could cancel anytime. The catch being that i couldnt sign up again for like 6 months or a year. I forgot. But ya. I highly recommend it around peak movie seasons like summer or fall.

And they are testing in certain markets an unlimited popcorn bucket. It was like 25$ the first time and 5$ refills after that.

Regal Cinemas has their movie subscription plans $60 off when you purchase a 1 year subscription in full. It only mentions "regal unlimited", not the plus or all access plans. They might offer it, but we will not know until tomorrow.
$18x12mo=$216-$60=$156.

I could not find any deals fofor the AMC A-List subscriptions.

I think they charge a fee every time you buy a ticket.

I meant an upcharge fee on top of the Regal Unlimited cost if you choose to watch a 3-D/IMAX/etc. movie instead of a regular 2-D.

**EDIT** Yup, found this in their FAQ...

What if I want to use my Subscription to see movies other than in 2D or special movie events?

You can! You just have to pay a surcharge for premium format showtimes (e.g., ScreenX, 4DX, IMAX, RPX, 3D, and VIP) and eligible movie event showtimes (e.g., marathons, double features and fan events).

I believe the fee is if you buy using the app. Box office tickets would be no charge.

Nice. Definitely will be signing up for it now with the $60 discount. This makes all-access worth getting. Most Socal theaters are all-access only.
