So your review basically has nothing to do with the camera itself and that you're bad at hiding cables.

And what Roav are you referring to? Better not say the A1 because that is of an entirely different shape and runs off a battery instead of a capacitor among other differences. And the S1 and C1 are noticeably pricier despite similar shape to the Aukey. Anker makes good stuff, but the trade-off's are there so as always please do your due diligence in researching each.

For those of you wondering about the DR02: it's an average, no frills, but solid camera that comes with adhesive cable tie clips if you're car does not have wire crevices to hide in.

If you're that concerned about cable management, the A-pillar trim of your car along with the lower glove box dash assembly can be pulled off with a little extra oomph or at worst you'd need a basic tool to detach the panels and run the cable out of sight. Takes maybe 20 minutes if it's your first time doing that kind of work.

this should be the regular price by now, especially with it going on sale every couple of weeks.

That won't happen. The lowest it's been (in the last year) was $38.49 and that was because monoprice was clearing stock of it.

We actually did a review of the DR02 on our Slickdeals channel. Check it out here. [youtu.be]

This thing is crap. I purchased it and returned it right away. The usb cable is so thick I couldn't fit it in the trim. Get the ROAV style ones, they are around the same price point and have wifi offloading.
I'm interested in one, Links please?

I agree. It is funny when people bash on stuff they don't like just BECAUSE; instead of reviewing it legit, gets angry about cable management. The wifi thing is however more convenient, so I will have to agree with him on that. I have this dashcam, and it is just a good bang for your buck kind if camera. If you do not mind taking out the SD card to get the videos, then it is great for the price.
