Worse for movies, better for music. Won't get as loud, but will be flatter with more extension. Should be smaller as well
Neither will get to ultra low LFE though.
Edit: Due to its weight, it was a pain getting it to a UPS store. I wish I have room for a music only setup. The JBL 500 level subs are within my budget when on sale plus they meet my basic needs music wise.
