Had one for a few years, okay but not great. Volume knob can cut out the left channel. The mic volume requires a boost as it's low by default. Side note I had both the left ear piece and mic crack at their mount points.

Overall good for the price but will warrant an upgrade.

If you're looking for cheap reliable headsets I would look into buying the g432 / g433 models as those support surround sound. I have a a couple pairs of both models over the years and I am using a g432 currently 2 years strong

This thing isn't any better than the $15 headsets on Amazon or EBay tbh. Bought one last year and returned it right away because it was so uncomfortable and sounded like a tin can. Get at least the g430 If you want something cheap and good enough. It's often go insole for $25 I think

If your buying these for yourself as a gamer... Skip on this junk. Go do your research. I bought waaay back in 2015 turtle beach 500p stealth for $120. Although they aren't PERFECT, they are still holding a charge and in tact (no kids, not abused etc) go do your research and get something acceptable. Unless your giving these to kids that don't know any better. $120 is more on the premium side and I know NOW there are WAY better options but back in 2014 it was the norm to have turtle beach. I bought the Sony Golds I belive for around the same price and compared both. Every other category, Playstation won BUT the most important was sound qaullty and that is what matters most to me. So I went with the beaches. Hope this hwlpst

I would return them. Unless your kids don't know any better... Then a great stocking stuffer or present!

These headphones sit right on my temporal artery and glasses. They hurt a lot after 30min or so. They're so tight.

The set I had didn't even last a full 6 months. The plastic hinge that allows you to lay the headphones flat broke off on both ends. They are made of very cheap plastic so if you have them be very careful not to twist them so much.
