Sam's Club - $140 off Tires + Installation | 11/29 - 12/1

First time posting.

Sams Club usually has $80 off but this weekend they have $140 off on any set of 4 Tires + Installation. Applies to Pirelli, GoodYear, BFGoodrich and Michelin Tires.

The salesperson in store told me it was only on Black Friday but online shows it's good through 12/1.

I'm starting to prefer Sams over Costco because they provide 24 hour roadside assistance on top of their lifetime flat repair, rotation and balance. Never used it but sounds useful.

Anyone know if they will give you a discount on just 2 tires? Costco specifically says 4.

Check available appointments before buying. I bought the first week of November and they will not install mine until end of December.

Anyone not able to checkout tires + installation? I just get a "We are unable to process your request. Please try again." I signed up for a membership just for this.

edit: nevermind, I chose a different set of tires and it works now. I assume the tires I originally chose were out of stock or something but the website doesn't register that fact

I've never had the Eagles but I've had Advantage T/A sports on a Honda Accord for a while and they last forever. I think there are almost 50k of my set now and they still have good tread. They're loud as hell though and I mean really loud. Quite hard to get used to when you first get them if you've had quiet tires before. We had Bridgestone Ecopias on an Acura and they were nearly silent.

I'm seeing $167/tire however it's showing up as Out of Stock/Not available for ordering.
Of course, Sams also adds $15/tire for their install package.

I ordered this on Friday and they just called to let me know that the tires arrived. Online didn't have a payment option, it said to pay in store and mention the offer. But, the guy on the phone today said what I will pay in store will be whatever the price is now, which is without the discount. I told him I have an email order confirmation that shows the price with the discount. He said that price is subject to change and that email order confirmation doesn't lock in the price.

Is this true? Does anyone have any experience with this?

They honored mine, there were plenty of back of forth between me and customer service but in the end, the discount was automated.. no manual override or me needing to complain...

Edit, here's what the email confirmation says:

Prices and availability of items in your club may vary and are subject to change without notice. Instant Savings are applied at time of pickup as long as you pay during the offer period.

So yeah, wtf does that mean? It wouldn't let me pay online (or I gladly would have.)
