Specs for the EliteBook 755 G5:

Review:

Note that the review model had the 400 nit display. It's not clear which display is included with the Woot model.

Full ports and seems like a nice display (if it is the 400nits version). Based on the previous post, it should be.

The bezel doesn't look good though...

Maybe someone can help me decide. This or a similar price MSI i5 gaming laptop with a lot better graphics card (Walmart deal). I'm not a gamer but I want to use it as a desktop for general computing, basic video editing and photoshop, maybe run a Linux VM once in a while. I already have a desktop so I prefer a laptop to move around if need be. I need it to be reliable and last 4 years so the 3 year warranty on this deal is very good

It was $600 earlier, but from a 3rd party seller with quite a few negative reviews.

Anyway, $640 seem like a pretty good price for these specs with business class build quality, especially if it has the 400 nit display.

I don't know about Camel, but I'm 100% sure that at the time he posted the link I clicked on it and it was showing 600. Whatever, it's different price now.

I bought it then cancelled it realizing the performance is slightly less than an 8th gen i5. Battery life seems stellar though, and 3 year warranty is nothing to snuff at.
