Viofo A129 Duo 1080p Dashcam - Clip $34.00 coupon on Amazon Prime: $135.90 + FS (Prime)

I've been hearing some good things about this dashcam, and thought I'd share my first deal. Not the BEST price this has been ($98 in July 18'), but these don't go on sale very often.
Also, these have super capacitors instead of lithium ion batteries, therefore should be better suited for hotter climate areas.

On Amazon, Viofo A129 duo is currently $135.90 after clipping the $34.00 coupon.
I believe the seller is Viofo themselves.

Clip $34.00 coupon: $134.90

I don't believe this is a targeted offer, possibly only for Prime members (not sure on this part).

Two previous Viofo threads (with great deals and a decent amount of posts) in the last two days have been deleted by the mods for some reason, I'll bet this one is censored as well.

The cameras are actually not that bad. Had this along with the hardwire kit for always on or record on motion and it's been working well for the past year. The included car 12v to 5v adapter produced a lot of EMI. I ended up using the USB port on my car to power it.

Yeah, I think the coupon may be Prime member specific. Sorry.

USB port would be like auxiliary outlet. Did you mean USB or OBD port? I never heard of connecting to USB port, but why not? Its just that that probably would not work for parking mode because it needs to be always on and my guess is USB is not always on.

The reason I like the VIOFO is the wifi, but knowing they have a 4K version for $250, I would love to see that on deal.

My truck has a USB port. I use that to provide the power to the dashcam instead of the 12V cigarette adapter. The 12V cigarette adapter is too noisy and caused my keyless entry to not function. The trucks usb port is shielded in a better way.

You can get it directly on their website for $135 after applying the BF5OFF coupon https://www.viofo.com/en/home/79-...e-included

shipping is pretty slow though
