I've been waiting for this to get down to around $150, this is the lowest I've seen it since I've been watching it for the past year.

Hope this helps others.

Upvote for finding deals on super unique tools (even though I would have no use for this particular one).
It's nice to see odd tools on here for at least someone to benefit.

Even though I don't install a ton rivets, the main benefit for me of this tool is saving my hands from the manual rivet tools. Since I ride a motorcycle daily, type on the computer and phone all day for work, and do a lot of things that involve gripping stuff, my hands get sore easily. With the manual rivet tools I could only do one or two rivets before my hands would be sore. Trying to reduce the amount of gripping I do in the hopes that it doesn't get worse as I get older. Hopefully this will also motivate me to do more project with rivets. :-)

I have this rivet gun so much faster then my manual one. Only downside is the mandrel of the rivet doesn't get ejected properly. I bought it knowing this and still think it's great.

$167 with tax. Wondering if I'd get enough use out of a rivet gun as its a pretty niche tool. What are others using this for?

If you are only using rivets occasionally, a $15-$20 rivet tool will do the job. If you are doing a lot of rivets and have access to an air compressor, an pneumatic rivet tool would be better than this for the same price. That being said, some don't have an air compressor or don't want the noise from an air compressor or don't want to lug an air compressor around.

Thanks for the feedback. I've got an aluminum boat so I'm thinking at some point I'll be able to use this tool for installing new or replacing rivets. This tool gets lots of love from all the video reviews I've seen.
