Are these any good or they last 2 months?? Seems like decent price to try.

Disregard, my review is for the Ralph Lauren pillows. Leaving the paragraph below for anyone looking at other pillows though

-------------
I've bought several over time. For the price its a great pillow. They last a good while (6-12 months) before you need to fluff them again but yes they can be washed and drying fluffs them up to near new.

In the end I decided I liked Ikea's rolleka pillow better, but I still keep these around as spares. For $5, just try it. If you truly hate it return.

Extra firm is best for side sleep. Firm is best for back sleep

For me, they're too "squishy", obviously everyone is different but I ended up returning both the form and extra firm because they were equally painful on my neck. I'm a side/stomach sleeper.

I opted for the Martha Stewart "Never go Flat" pillow (firm) and I think I had a good night sleep for once. I might buy the medium if there's one to compare.

Extra firm is literally extra firm. I thought it would go flat after some use but it holds its shape. But the extra firmness was not comfortable for my neck. So I have been using it under my legs for elevation for more than a year.
