Doesn't do the $25 discount. It's marked as "Lowest price". Checkout doesn't automatically apply.

Got the blower and a 5ah battery for 109, didnt need the weed eater but this is probably the better deal. Good find.

How's this compared to Ego? I'm most specifically interested in the trimmer

Can't vouch for trimmer.. i own Ego now and previously owned the DeWalt blower and Ego is much stronger (and more expensive!), which you'd expect at 56v opposed to 20. But these two DeWalt tools are EXCELLENT performance for a standard line product, I believe they perform similar to other brands 40v stuff.

if I did not get my whole ego setup for $200 on let go from some rich folks in Sarasota, then I would never have bought it. The DeWalt stuff is much better value for performance

Got this combo last year, the trimmer is an animal. Having had 2 stroke weed eaters long ago and a B&D cheap 20v trimmer this was a very good upgrade. The blower is awesome for day to day stuff and simply sits unstored in the garage for quick work of leaves and dust in the garage. Slightly underpowered for heavy leaves I wish it was slightly longer (get closer to the ground). Gets it done though.

You don't. The coupon is automatically applied in the cart or at checkout. But in this case, the listing specifically said LOWEST PRICE... so no discounts.

I did get an additional $10 coupon for a total of 159 to work.

How does this trimmer compare to the DCST920P1 Brushless model? I purchased the brushless model with 5ah battery and charger for $135 before tax. Just wondering how big a step down this non-brushless model is. The blower is a nicety but not a necessity.
