Bought this a month or two ago at Kohl's for $320. The automatic dirt disposal is pretty cool, but the mapping on this vacuum sucks. I ran it over a dozen times and the map was still not even halfway done. You also can't run this in the dark...For those reasons I returned it.

For around the same price, you can get a nice robot vacuum with laser navigation and much better features like room selection, multiple maps, and mopping included (automatic dirt removal aside).

This vacuum is a joke. It does not map your home after dozens time. Almost all other vacuum robot in this price map it the FIRST time. And it doesn't even have no go line, which is a basic nowadays for a robot vacuum. Its navigation use camera which cannot really work in dark room btw.

If anyone wants to mention youtuber vacuum war here, he works for shark. I followed almost all of his videos and I can tell his shark reviews are always bias and trying to be vague. So I would advice not to take his words on any Shark products.

This vac actually does include room selection...can't speak to much else yet since I just got it on black Friday. The fact that you missed one of the first features it says in huge print when you open the app and add your vac does make me question how much time you actually spent with the vac though Smilie

So far for me (coming from a Neato D5 Connected) I can say this vacuum has crazy powerful suction, seems to have more power to the wheels than the D5 (turns/movements are a lot quicker), the base seems to work well, and seems to overall do a great job cleaning the house although maybe the D5 got a little closer to the walls. Can confirm the mapping takes forever since I've ran it probably 10+ times already and it's still mapping. This isn't actually an "issue" imo though because it's still cleaning the house just fine...not sure what the problem would be with it needing a bunch of runs. Set the schedule and g2g. My only issue with it so far is THIS THING IS SO LOUD compared to the D5. Like stupid loud. Especially the base when it empties. Not a huge deal for me because I can just run it during the day but if a quiet vac is important to you then keep shopping Wink

What happens if you end up returning this product? How do they ensure you do not keep the $100 BBB credit?

Thanks! Got 1.
missed the Amazon deal at $337.
This is even lower after $100 in rewards.

Thanks OP!!! Just bought an i7+ before seeing this deal, LOL. I also missed out on the $337 Amazon deal, but this is much better with the $100 in rewards. Will probably return the i7+ after testing them both, but I'm already leaning toward the Shark based on price.

Thanks for the info. Do you have a recommendation for a better robot vaccum?
I am also considering Eufy 11s?

Roborock S5 has laser navigation and all/most of the features b2wice mentioned. The S5 is highly rated by vacuumwars on youtube.

Any vacuum recommendation that matches all the criteria you mentioned above, if not for this model.

Your post was helpful. Thank you. I've been using Robo Rock S5 for about a year and been happy with it, but this auto trash empty feature and the price was very tempting. Now I can move on knowing that I'm better off with my Robo Rock.
