I've only seen the combo deals posted recently so I thought I'd put it up. All the factory blemished stuff that I've bought has been essentially new with full warranty so I consider it a fairly good price.
Great deal. Not sure I want to add this to the list of unnecessary things I've bought this weekend.

In all the times I've ordered from this site (or purchased in their stores) Factory blemished is literally brand new in the box, has full factory warranty, and either box had a dent or I'm guessing it was a store return (since Home Depot doesn't put these tools back on the shelves when you return them, they are sent back to TTI). It seems overstock items are sold as new, blemished are new in dented box or maybe customer return in sealed boxes, and reconditioned is broken warranty return that was repaired/renewed, open box returns, or store display items renewed. In my local Home Depot I saw about 6 Ryobi mowers and 2 shopping carts of display tools they were labeled to send back to the company which will eventually become "reconditioned" items at Factory Direct Tools.
But for the sheer number of "blemished" items they sell I'm starting to guess that they are really just overstock that have been sitting around too long.

They haven't shipped my order from Nov 12. No response from customer service.

Showing up in my cart and final checkout as $96.99. price on the items page is sale price but shows full price after adding to cart. Anybody able to get the sale price to show?
Great deal if you don't want to mess with a compressor. Impatient people should pay more from a full service retail store, while others can score great bargains from a discount outlet that specializes in low prices instead of fast shipping and a lot of customer service staff (to handle all the calls about shipping).

This seems to be a common problem. I've had to add and remove items from my cart multiple times to show the correct price.
Maybe try clearing your browser cache. Or just try adding that item to your cart when there is nothing else in it.
