I didn't downvote the thread because to each his own. But 12g added sugar per bar (w/ just 2g protein) isn't very nutria imho. Just more of bs pseudo-nutritious deceptive corporate marketing.

Nice deal. Normally $13.99 at Costco. My order came out to $6.62 after 15% S&S.

Who cares! they're 17 cents each give them to the homeless, feed them to the dog or send them with your kids to school.

Don't have kids? Stand outside the school and hand them out. Candy from a stranger, what could go wrong!

If you like breakfast bars like this, they aren't bad, but I personally do not like (I try not to eat processed foods so my taste buds are prejudice). My kid likes to take one on the way to the bus every morning.

Too much sugar (13gr) and carbs (25gr) and just 2 g of protein. Seems all the energy is coming from sugar & carbs.

No these are not good, there is too much sugar and not enough fiber or protein to balance it out. You will likely get a sugar crash shortly after these and they don't offer any real nutrition.

Very little fiber or protein. There are healthier ones out there
