Cheapest I've seen. I've had one of these a month now and use almost every day. Easy to use and clean, contrary to what I thought before I tried it.

FYI you can order new plunger cups (the rubber part) from the manufacturer. At least for me, that's all that wears out. You can get 3 for like $20.

Edit: just checked. I had emailed aerobie@aerobie.com to get this information. The part I'm referring to is the "seal only" below. This was from 2016 also, so prices may have increased by now.

Quote :
We do sell replacement parts for the AeroPress coffee maker. The
following is a complete list of the replacement parts for the AeroPress
if shipping within the US.

Chamber $10.00 for the part including packing and postage, $6.75 per
additional
Plunger with seal $10.00 for the part including packing and postage,
$6.75 per additional
Seal only $5.00 for the part including packing and postage, $2.20 per
additional
Filter Cap $6.00 for the part including packing and postage, $3.30 per
additional
Funnel $8.00 for the part including packing and postage, $5.00 per
additional
Scoop $8.00 for the part including packing and postage, $5.00 per
additional
Stirrer $6.00 for the part including packing and postage, $3.30 per
additional
Holder for filters $8.00 for the part including packing and postage,
$5.00 per additional
Tote Bag $6.00 for the part including packing and postage, $3.30 per
additional

The above prices do not include sales tax if shipping within California.

Pro tip, order a metal reusable filter so you don't have to buy paper filters

We used ours for a solid 4 years before buying the kitchenaid siphon brewer. The siphon coffee is better but the Aeropress is way easier to clean.

These do wear out (but only after several years of daily use).

Know that you can buy replacement parts direct from aeropress, rather than a whole new kit, and the parts are cheap.
