The information I've seen from Office Depot for the 100% Back in Rewards on K-Cup Pods promo has not been completely consistent. The front page graphic in the Black Friday in-store sales circular indicated a price range of $14.99 to $26.99, but the terms in the fine print on the bottom of page 3 did not state that limitation. I don't recall seeing a price range for the qualifying K-Cup items on the Rewards Exclusive Savings page [officedepot.com], but the "Shop Now [officedepot.com]" button leads to a page which includes items below and above that price range. In-store signage stated the bonus rewards were on K-Cup coffee pods, but the online page includes tea and hot cocoa items. (Incidentally, the promo runs from 11/28/19 to 12/2/19, so if you've already purchased your limit last week, the counter does not reset with the new sales week.)

None of the items in the links in the OP bear the "100% Back in Rewards" banner, so I anticipate that none will qualify automatically. However, the only explicit exclusion in the terms is the Executive Suite Coffee pods, so it's reasonable to expect that purchase of any other K-Cup pods (including the ones in the OP) should earn the bonus rewards (subject to the limit of 4 for the duration of the promo).

I did this deal on Friday, purchasing five boxes for a total of $15. I had not already participated in the current 100% back in rewards on K-Cups offer. My account activity reflects only standard 2% rewards, not the 100% back in rewards. I contacted customer service via SMS on Saturday. The CSR raised a request to have the rewards manually added to my account. Since the promo is limited to four, I should get back only $12, but I'm hopeful for $15. However, I expect $0.

I bought one on November 30, 2019 My store near me had expired (best before October 25, 2019) starbucks verde blonde for $4. I didn't get 100% back in rewards for it.

K-cups 100% Rewards Offer EXTENDED and now valid through 12/7/19. Only exclusion is still Executive Suite coffee and no mention of clearance being excluded.

I've bought a few clearance K-Cup packs (DD, Starbucks, Green Mountain) over the past week and none have gotten the 100% rewards.

On the other hand, I bought a Starbucks pack at the sale price of $10.80 and it triggered the rewards instantly.

Need to talk to Customer support/Chat for rewards on those clearance pods. OP and me had success in contacting Office Depot Customer Service to request the rewards to be credited manually.

Well, on the surface that statement is true. I did successfully contact customer service and request the manual credit. Actually, come to think of it, the CSR offered to request it for me.

However, it has now been six days since the contact and the rewards have not yet been credited.
