Signed up through StackSocial for SlickVPN, 5 concurrent devices. After getting the redemption code, got the redemption link, signed up and was given SlickVPN Core (1 device only).

This is for vps service but the mechanics work the same. Just keep in mind that all of these "lifetime" deals are lifetime of the "company" and not your lifetime and can just shutdown on you when their cashflow runs out.
