JCPenny has the Ring Floodlight Cam on sale for 179.10+tax when you use the code JINGLE19. CB sites also have up to 10% back. Store pickup, ship to store, and ship to home are free.

There are other deals out there where the cam is 173, but those are bundles. If you only need one or two, this is the cheapest I could find it. Note that HSN does have it for 189 w/no tax, but w/ CB, this deal come out better.

The Costco deal is better in my opinion. It's $189 but comes with the Chime Plus which is basically a wifi range extender plus chime for movement and works with the doorbell too. Also can't beat Costco return policy.

Just an FYI — if you're worried about privacy, Ring is known to sell data to Police and other firms.

I wish Nest/Google would make one of these.

Agreed. But even then, I find their plans expensive. AFAIK, the Nest alarm costs around $29/month via Brinks Home Security. Ring is $10.

Didn't know about this. I also found that this is opt-in only, but then again, it does seem shady overall. I've emailed their privacy team to get more info (ironic, I know).

I find the range extension to be pretty poor but I agree on the other points

I just got the 139 eufy, build quality is solid, if anyone doesn't want cloud storage, try eufy floodlight, it also has an always on LED to demonstrate it is a smart light, helps with preventing theft IMO

In what ways does the range extender help?

We live in a large house and I got one with my Ring Alarm kit but whether I plug it in or not, everything seems to be as responsive as possible.
