Optimum Nutrition Oats and Whey Protein Powder

Oats and whey are foundational elements of any athlete's diet. Oats are a complex carbohydrate providing energy to support strength and endurance training. Whey is a rapidly digested complete protein with all the essential amino acids to help support muscle recovery. By combining whole oat flour with whey isolate and whey concentrate, we've created an easy-to-mix nutritional powerhouse that frees you from the hassle of making this stack in an electric blender. We think you'll agree that our Naturally Flavored Oats & Whey shake is a lot smoother to drink, too. All you need to mix one up is a glass and spoon.
- Made With Whole Gains Oats
- No Artificial Flavors or Sweeteners
- 5 Grams of Dietary Fiber per Serving
- Whey Isolates are the Primary Protein Source

It should be noted that the new version includes stevia as a sweetener but I suppose that is technically still natural. Some new reviews are up in arms about it and some say it made the taste better.

~$9 for 3lb I'm gunna give it a shot. Price seemed really low per pound so I thought I'd share.

It's "Oats & Whey". Carbohydrates are to be expected with oats...

Seems cheap enough to try. With 15%, it's around $7 for three pounds.

Are the oats and carbs part for long distance runners or something? Usually it's not hard to get carbs in your diet in this world. It's harder not to get too much.
