Site slow and locking up?

It has been slow and locking up for me the past few days in multiple browsers. I can't be the only one can I?

The site had experienced slowdowns due to heavy black friday traffic. It should be working well right now Smilie

It must have been my app, my cleared my chrome cache and now it's fine again.

It's definitely not just the traffic demand. The site was literally not responding, I couldn't scroll the page, or click links once the page had been loaded for awhile (maybe 30 seconds on average). I observed this behavior across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Opera).
