If your company is buying, go for it. Otherwise, you can buy 2 of these & keep 1 in the closet as your "warranty" replacement.
I am seriously considering this idea to get an extra monitor as a spare replacement in the closet. Deals on 16:10 monitors are hard to find, especially at this price. I know the Dell U2412M can occasionally be found for around $100, but the specs on this Acer model are much better and looks to have a much thinner bezel.

If you buy with an Amex or Citi card, should be able to get an extra 2 years extended warranty added on top of the 3 year manufacturer's warranty.

How does it compare to this one that was on sale at $110 a few days ago?

I know that one was 27 inches and this one was 24 inches, but I'm wondering how else to compare us. I got the HP one, but I noticed it doesn't have speakers. Trying to figure out which one would be better for gaming

I would also like to know. I'm looking for a good monitor to pair with a desktop for photo and video editing.

Can Windows have 2 different resolutions if using dual monitors? I like this but only need 1.

I've had two of these since April. Extremely happy with them. I had originally planned on using the Vesa mounts and a custom stand, but the stands that come with these monitors is much better than I could've hoped for (vertical adjustment, swivel, rotate). The addition of a display port and adaptive synch is a huge bonus as well.

Would like to know this too. How does it compare to the AOC gaming monitor deal.
