I've owned this set, it's actually okay for the price here. It lasted me about 3 years and then got rusty. This was before I understood how to properly care for a knife set like this, if you must have stainless steel hand wash only and dry immediately. If you want extra protection a little bit of coconut oil can actually help protect them as well, like literally a tiny dab rubbed in with a microfiber cloth. I never mastered knife sharpening and I'd end up with pits on the edges. These types of sets don't last and will chip in a dishwasher or get rusty quick. I've switched to all ceramic as I don't like being so delicate about wet knives, they dull faster but they're way less hassle and I don't feel as bad just going out to buy new ones.
