So far I am about 14 for 14 on these rebates. It takes a loooooong time, but they come eventually if you follow the directions. I pre-shop for what I want, put it in the cart logged into my Macy's account, close all browsers, open SD, launch Macy's link for the offer and complete my purchase. Don't go into any other browsing session before completing your purchase. You probably don't have to close everything but it's worked for me so far.
Also save a copy of your submitted rebate email, makes it easy for any follow up.
