I have had a different 32" inch monitor (Samsung from Costco) and the 1920x1080 resolution doesn't work at all at this size, especially if you do stuff like coding.
Yes. It ends up looking like 720p since you sit close to it, not like watching tv.
I had just ordered this yesterday when it was more. Called and asked them if I could get a price adjustment for an item that I ordered yesterday and that the price had dropped. They said they don't do price adjustments. But they asked for the Order Number so they could take a look. They told me the price was $169 down to $149.99 making it a difference of $19.01. They updated my order and told me it will take up to 5 business days. That I should receive the refund by next Monday. Then they told me goodnight. The lady over the phone was nice.
For anyone wondering what the number was to call. I had a hard time finding it myself. Was going around in circles with links on the Walmart Help Center. The number is (800)966-6546
Agree, for a normal monitor setup where you are sitting pretty close, anything above about 24" needs to be higher than 1920x1080 or the extra space isn't really useful
Interesting. Long time gamer here. I am currently running a 27" HD monitor. I have been happy with it, but considering a something up to 32". I was considering a 2k or 4k, but the prices are normally much higher, so I was considering a 1080P. I wondered if I would even notice the difference. This answers my question.

Any other gamers out there that could chime in?
You'll notice the difference on a 32" between 1080p and 1440p.

I gave them a call, most they were able to do was offer 10% off the bill, which I accepted, it wound up coming to like 152 instead of 150.
Got the monitor in, and I gotta say, its pretty "meh" at best. It has a motion blur with text that I can't seem to get rid of while scrolling and the resolution is clearly not good for 32" screens if your within 4 feet of the monitor as had been previously mentioned. Is it good for every day tasks? Yeh its good for that, you can clean up the text visibility and clarity using graphics settings and windows settings, and adjust to full RGB colors which gives it some better clarity. I think its priced right at $150 dollars, no more no less, id have immediately returned this if i had paid full price.
Reading the comments, due to the low resolution, seems like this is not a good monitor to do split screen as if its two monitors for multi-tasking. can someone confirm?

1440p has nearly double the pixels of 1080p.
