so these are not HEPA, correct?
Wondering as well. So far it looks like it just provide you with a few RAGS and call it an air filter for a premium price... I could be wrong. But I don't see HEPA anywhere

Just a heads up, I only received one and they could only offer a $100 discount which makes no sense at all. Now I need to ship it back which is a pain. I won't be purchasing from Blueair again.

I just received both of mine today. One carton had a sticker that said something like 'do not separate - part of a set'.

laugh out loud the 'rags' are an optional first filter for large particles outside of the unit. when you take the 'head' (their words) off the top of the unit there is a square 4-sided filter inside the bottom part that air can be pulled thru from all 4 vertical sides of the unit. rags... laugh out loud

I am anticipating the square vertical filter will not be cheap. so, best to use the optional 'rags' on the outside. looks like a replacement carbon (4-wall square) and particle aka 'rag' filter set is $60. Might be able to tape 4 of the small flat hepa filters into a vertical square for cheaper.

we are smelling just a tiny amount of glue smell, but you have to be sniffing the air from the top of the unit. will give them a couple of days running to see if the glue smell goes away before contacting them for replacement filters. the filters sell on amazon for $60 each!

Same here but I just got off the phone with Amazon and they're sending me another 2-Pack. The customer service rep said there won't be an issue with me sending back just one.

I explained to her that the shipping weight was only 21.4lb while on the product page it says 43.2lb so obviously they only shipped me one.
