I can't figure out for sure if you can still do the same things with the 7 in 1 compared to the 8 in 1 and 9 in 1 but the 9 in 1 just has some of those functions pre-programmed into a button. Or the 9 in 1 actually can do extra things. I do see the 10 in 1 has full manual control of pressure and such and I read about an auto steam valve on some models, but beyond that I wonder if you could still set the 7 in 1 to do most/all of what the 9 in 1 can do?

I bought the 9 in 1 - 6 quart 2 days ago to give it a try but 2 more quarts would be nice.

Ooh, this is the 8-quart. Most of the deals are on the 6-quart model (which is plenty big enough for me).

One of the new functions is Sous Vide, which this one doesn't have.
