I have been watching this for a a few days as this appears to be the most cost efficient between the A3500, V1200 reconditioned, and the 750 reconditoned that have recently sold.

$349.95 + tax
15% CB available at your favorite CB provider

Also wondering how this deal compares to the 5200 @ $260 that was available on BF.

I bought that one previously but may want to return it for this one, especially since the 5200 can't fit under my cabinets.
5200 and E320 are designed to last 15-25 yrs

These lcd blenders close to 5-10 yrs. Which is great for Vitamix to stay in business.

All my simple analog electronic appliances last 15-50 years. Rice cookers, blenders, washers

Yeah, to give you an idea of how hard I've been working for the perfect gift for my wife: Amazon had the a3500 on special for $426 yesterday. Ordered that. Realized it was only the black model and wanted a ss finish if spending that much for just the mixer (no accessories). Came in to work this morning and saw that Costco dropped their a2300 bundle down to $479. Ordered that and cancelled amazon order. Realized the bundle, even for Costco on sale, wasn't a super deal and thought she would really like the pre-program buttons. Cancelled that late morning. Saw the a2500 at target and got 20% off using my red card so ordered that with two 20oz to go cups for $476 OTD. Thinking that although it's a good deal, could get this a3300, with the cups, for about the same. Upgraded model, but no presets which seem to not be used anyway. Then you mention the 1200. Head spinning is an understatement.

I think you've got a really great package there assuming the 20 oz cups are the ones with the cutter assembly included. The only decision in front of you with the 3300 vs the 2500 is that one has 3 presets and no timer, the other has a timer but no presets. My wife would use the presets more than a timer cause she doesn't like the details so much. I'd just have to hope she hit the correct preset! Myself, I like the timer because in just a few seconds I can "create" the exact preset that I want! She might use it for nothing much more than smoothies while I will definitely use it for many different recipes, most of them needing my personal attention anyway.
One other thing is that the 2500 is a "slate" color while the 3300 is available in a "brushed metal". You should just relax, flip a coin, or take a nap! Smilie You're definately going to be happy either way IMHO. ps...I wound up with the 3300 in brushed metal, a too expensive 48 oz. container, and the 20 oz. accessory kit w/cutter.
I have the V1200 still in the box sitting behind me...my wife 2 is 1,..1 is none! I told her to say that with her money! Ohhhh, how I feel your pain!

I'd like to know this as well as to what the differences are between this and 5200. Theres three more years warranty with this one but the 5200 has a solid record of being a true workhorse based on all if the reviews I've read.

please let me know if this is better deal than the Certified Reconditioned Venturist V1200 for $260. I can cancel that order and buy this. First time owner, please advice.

I've been debating for about two days. The only reason I am rethinking the 5200 is because I want stainless. I am just going to buy this for now. Return later I guess. IDK. Ahhhhh!!! Ok purchasing My 2nd blender in two days

Same motors...similar controls...both nice...smoother controls on 3300...but no small cup and blade attachment...2500 black...3300 nicer brushed metal...3300 a little quieter and double warranty time. It's your Franklin but I spent mine. You most likely will in the future wish for a smaller canister with the 3300, which is another Franklin plus some.

Very nice deal. I bought the A3500 last deal at $429 - 10%(manual adjustment since they messed up with my gift cards, had to call 2 times to fix it) - $75 (3 Amex cards with offers) plus tax.

Yes they are. One is more "polished". But neither is more capable. Warranty may be the biggest real difference.
