    true and I'm sure APC is better quality. I was being cheap but it does work with google voice.

    both the strips I mentioned set up with free App (smart life) and then Google Home and voice work. I'd need to add the skill to Alexa.

    I brought something like this during the last Black Friday for $15 and ended up returning in less than 2 weeks, Though they say compatible with ALEXA & Google Home, I had a problem with Alexa. Also, I had problems connecting to my wifi initially.
