Yeah I just figured that out as well so this will be a no go. Not sure if a curved monitor would be best for work anyways. Thanks

Gsync compatible work on all free sync monitors, but being optimized is another story. There is a list of official list of models that has been optimized.

I just fixed my cheap ass 240hz Alienware monitor yesterday with new win10 update and new Nvidia driver. Before that it is slightly glitchy and laggy than the real gsync model. It reminds me of motion blur, now pictures flow like water.

ViewSonic tho?

I mean, for a basic nuts and bolts monitor I guess it's whatever, but do they have a great reputation for high performance monitors like this?

Looks like it's OOS already. I ordered one to see how it looks giving the price and Free return on this item. Yes no VESA mount and MVA may not look as great as IPS but the reviews are solid and for this price I'd give it a shot.

Hi Learo, I had one. This is a very good monitor for work. I would buy it again at this price if I wanted another. The curve is easy on the eyes. The color reproduction is excellent. Really a no brainer at this price. Amazon sells a stand which this monitor adapts nicely too I think it was the Vivo 32" heavy monitor stand. That way you could adjust the height.

Guess I missed this, but I also want to know if this was worth getting if I don't game on it. I ordered a $650 38" great monitor, but prefer something cheaper since I don't really use my desktop pc much, and don't know if $650 is too much to invest on a non 4K or HDR 60hz monitor at this point.
