I know kohl's has a Bella dual brew for about $15 after rebate ((but I hear the rebate thing is a big issue))

How many cups are you looking to make at a time? If it's just the one or two, get the reusable Keurig sized basket pods and fill them with your coffee of choice when desired.

I have this exact model and love it!
The coffee it brews beats Keurig 100% in my opinion.
However, the Vertuoline "pods" are about twice as much as the K-Cups. Also, be careful when ordering. Make certain you look at the ounces the chosen pod will brew. I bought a LOT of the Expresso pods by accident, thinking they would be full cups of coffee.
Just FYI.

If by Kcups you mean keurig cups then this is totally not the machine for you. This is only for Vertuo pods from Nespresso and thats it. People have found ways to reuse the pods or buy reusable pods but this isn't a Keurig.

Bella brand espresso maker is bad in my experience, at least with the espresso maker i got.

Kohl's rebate: I did that twice with the electric toothbrushes deals. Had no problem with it, even got the rebate when i mailed rebate a few days late.

Any recommendation for a Nespresso machine which allows reusable pods ? TIA.

I believe all of them allow reusable pods but you have to find the right reusable capsule/pod to go in it. I would share more information but I have no first hand experience with it. There was a thread somewhere here which I couldnt find that discussed buying reusable pods from Aliexpress or even Amazon. Something like this :

https://www.amazon.com/My-Caps-Ca...B01LFNWBV6

or

This [amazon.com]

You'll have to look around I personally am not sure how good/easy to use they are.
