Same size physically but has a more powerful motor (900watts vs 600 watts). Larger cups are available for both models and are interchangeable.

Lots of lawsuits with this brand of blender exploding and maiming people. Buyer beware!

my nutribullet pro is still strong after 3 years and didn't even know they explode but yeah it's scary when you overfill it. keep it well below the max line.

oh I saw the video and people leaving it on 2+ minutes. I count to 90 cause that's all it needs to mix.

Had mine for like 5 years now and still going. If you overfill the cups it can get messy but otherwise a great machine.

If you need extra blades or cups do NOT buy the cheap ones on ebay or amazon. Make sure its genuine Nutribullet. The cheap knock offs don't seat well against the rubber gasket causing them to leak and the blades are dangerous. I had one of the cheap blades break on some ice while blending. Luckily the metal tab didn't break through the side of the cup.

I remember a few years ago a bunch of these were getting recalled because apparently some of them exploded or malfunctioned, and people seriously got injured. Have those issues been addressed?

Ours will last maybe 2 years. It wasn't the motor but the parts will chip off. Cup can't attach to the motor part. I will still purchase again.

if just one of the tabs break off it will still work if you position the other two tabs properly. If 2 tabs break you will need to press down on one of the sides without a tab with a stick or something.
