BCAAs and amino acids are the biggest hype-up created by the bodybuilding industry to market/sell these.

Just get a off the shelf Centrum and most people are ok with it. Unless one has blood labs done to prove vitamin deficiency, spending $$ on these BS products is making someone else rich.

Man, I haven't seen these in years. I used to take them when bodybuilding like 10 years ago. The ones I got came with some workout routines which I really liked. Took the whole handful in one gulp of water.
