You can pick up the SN750 from tiger direct for $130 right now

And also orderable $130 on amazon 1to 2 month delivery.

WesternDigital SN750 is faster than 970 Evo, only slightly slower than 970 Evo plus.

They're all obviously significantly faster than the adata sx8200/s11pro

Realistically in comparison, This drive needs to be priced at $71 to be competitive with the Current $130 deal on the SN750

In product comparison yes, but with consumer demand no. This is selling out in Amazon at this lightning deal, so it doesn't make sense for the company to lower the price if the product sells.

Yeah I almost bought it at the $117 price. Was hopeful it'd be a lightning deal today since the coupon ended Saturday. Been waiting for a few months to pick one up.

Bought the PCI 4x for 118 the other day, but I went ahead and bought this one too.

EDIT: That was absurdly fast, got in on time thanks OP.

I have been thinking of buying this NVME drive. Is there much difference between the two? Price is only $6 lower with coupon.

I'm telling you about a better deal, I'm not deciding whether you should buy it. If you want to buy this overpriced low performance drive,, I'm not stopping you Peace

Fair enough. I went ahead and looked up the drive. It's $200+ in Newegg. it's not $130 in amazon. it's also showing $220 in amazon. Tiger Direct is something I don't like to see again after all the years they were screwing consumers over. That drive has perfect 5 star reviews on newegg. So I would definitely pick that over the Samsung NVME drives.

Realistically in comparison, This drive needs to be priced at $92 to be competitive with the Current $130 deal on the SN750

but, even then, there's no reason to save $38 on a slower drive at this price bracket, the SN750 is a better deal period.
There's no need to spend an extra $38 for a marginally slower drive when the avg customer would never notice any difference in speed.
