I'm a guy. The red one isn't too girly is it?
Pardon my hick... Stop being a bit$h and buy red. No one cares.

Now pink for a guy might be and issue.

Southwest isn't a legitimate airline. My Statement continues to hold true. lol
It's actually illegal for airlines not to cover even external damage to checked luggage. Fill out a simple form on the DOT site and you'll get $150 from any airline even for a broken handle.

Anyone got their order cancelled? I placed an order around 11am for same day pick up, now it's almost 6pm but still no pick up email.

No way! Red is gender neutral

Actually, ABS is heavier but less durable, while polycarbonate is lighter and more resistant to damage. That's why polycarbonate is the way to go for checked bags unless you plan on spending a ton of money for something that will last a lifetime.

That's just one article, all of them say the same. The person that responded to you almost had it right.

How durable is this? I'm wary about buying cheap luggage. Don't want broken luggage in the middle of a trip.
Well they broke a Delsey as well on one of my flights. It doesn't matter how expensive the luggage is if they don't handle it with care.

I had my 24" Geode Sapphire for home delivery and paying with PayPal cancelled yesterday. Noticed just now that it's still available and reordered with same parameters...fingers crossed.

I fly Southwest. One trip one of the baggage the handle was ripped off. They gave me a paper and coupon code to go purchase any luggage I wanted off of their own store's website. Decent luggage replacement.

Only Sith speak in absolutes.
Yeah I've had pretty good luck with Alaska Airlines in the states on luggage issues. But I've also had crappy luggage on bigger airlines even though I was a diamond status at the time. Think it's a combo of what kind of day the rep has had, how bad the damage was and if you were a jerk about it or not. whatever the magic formula there is.

Overall dimensions total 66". Just a note that it exceeds most airline limitations at 62". You may not get flagged most of the time but the penalty is $100 in a lot of cases. (pun, I know). I've been noticing quite a few over-sized luggage being discounted lately. Just be aware that it's not a risk free purchase.
The 28" is 28x20x12.5 that's 60.5. Am I missing something?
