Monitors are dumb expensive when you go beyond 1080p. You're honestly better off buying a 4k tv and putting it on game mode, if you want the best bang for your $$$.

Also, the jump from 1080 to 1440p is barely relevant on such a small screen that you're less than a foot away from
So should i just buy a 32" 4K tv for my computer then? I've been looking for a good deal on monitors but no luck. I see tv deals everyday

29" 2k with only one HDMI port. I rather pay a little more for the 34" 2k models.

Seems like bad reviews on Amazon for the 34" model? Or am I looking at the wrong one?

What you want is a curved 55-65 inch tv for computer screen, they are idea.

Curved greatly benefits contrast uniformity on VA panels.

Avoid IPS at all cost, they have terrible image quality due to grey blacks and missing dark tones.

I decided to go with the Samsung CJ791 for $450 after CB. It's a VA 100Hz panel but has Thunderbolt 3 and is a 34" curved.

I really wanted an an IPS LG but couldn't find anything comparable in that price range. I was debating over the Samsung or LG 34UM88-P ($365 @ B&H) but really wanted Thunderbolt 3 and curved.

Anyone else see 34" 3440x1440 and $155 and click enthusiastically only to be disappointed?

I hate when the front-page photo doesn't reflect the price.

How much wattage does the USB-C provide to charge a laptop? I'm not seeing it on their spec page

The USB-C port is an input for the video signal. There is no power output from it, at least for the 29 inch version.
