I have one of these.
Please note it's Android Go OS. I've found it snappy enough for general use, despite the low RAM. Most, but not all, of the few apps I regularly use are available on Android Go devices. I'm not a power user by any means.
Lightweight, seems cheaply built, but OK.
The attraction for me is that it's dual SIM. I can set up one SIM to use 2G/3G, and the other LTE. (The menu items do not make this totally clear, but it's worked seamlessly for me with one AT&T-network SIM for calling, and a second SIM on either T-Mo or AT&T for LTE data. Or load 2 FreedomPop/Unreal SIMs for easy cycling without swapping SIMs or devices-- the hotspot does work with FreedomPop.)
It does NOT support T-Mobile VoLTE.
